It's in an excellent location. The building is old, though the apartment has been partly renovated and is very well equipped for a longer stay.

If you like parties, this is a great spot. They take place almost every evening right below the flat.

The location is excellent, very close to the center, and the apartment itself is really beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. Still, the entrance is a letdown: it looks abandoned and too open, with a door that's left open, a rather run-down entryway, and stairs that are half broken. That really spoils the experience.
