The room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really liked how convenient the location was, close to lots of attractions and nice places. I found the check-in a bit confusing at first because reception is in a different building nearby. Still, I had a pleasant stay and would come back.

The location was perfect, and we had a lovely stay in the ChaCha room. It was nice for a couple, and our baby was with us too; even with three of us, it was okay. There wasn’t kitchen equipment right there, so we had to go 50-100m away to pick it up, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t interact much with the staff, but everything went well, and the three people at reception were lovely.

We were very pleased with the place. It was clean and easy to access, and the employees were very polite and helpful. The location is perfect, close to Dragon Bridge, the old town, and the lake. I recommend staying here.

You can walk to everything in under 10 minutes, and the hotel sits right by the river. Such a great spot, highly recommend 👍

The location is hard to beat: Dragon Bridge is nearby, and the other main sights are about 5-10 minutes away. The apartment and receptionist were good too. You can order breakfast or rent a bike nearby. My only summer complaint is that the single room with the castle view has no air conditioning.
