The pool was free to use, but the water was cold. Using the sauna cost €26 extra, which didn't feel worth it for two steam baths and two saunas. The steam rooms weren't hot when we visited. One sauna had changing colored lights that went dark between changes, and it never reached the advertised temperature. On our last night, the power went out in our room. Our room was roomy, but the beds were uncomfortable, one very hard and the other very soft. Daily cleaning left obvious dirt and dust by the entrance, while fresh towels were left every day even though we hung ours up to reuse them. Bathrobes were available to rent for €6, unpackaged and kept in the room throughout the stay. It seems wasteful to clean them after every guest even if they weren't used. The shutters banged against the wall on windy nights, and the thin door let us hear everything in the hallway. Breakfast was okay, though the coffee was very bitter. Most mornings the hot food meant three kinds of eggs and two or three meats, with no hot vegetarian choice until our last day, when there were pancakes and halloumi. Rice milk was the only vegan milk. Dinner was worse: the salad bar shrank each day, the pasta was overcooked and came with a thick, hard-to-identify sauce, and the vegetarian choices were random vegetables that were overcooked or undercooked, without sauce or anything else. Bread and cheese were available some days but not others. The desserts tasted like mass-produced products and had no flavor. Reception was disorganized and took ages to find our booking. When we tried to reserve sauna time, the staff were downright rude.
