We only stayed a couple of days and ate out, so the rather bare kitchen wasn't an issue. The ground floor was a little noisy, and the price felt a bit high for what you get. Still, it’s in a great spot and has what you need. Piran's shortage of hotels may be part of the pricing problem.

A few days before our trip, they told us the place was closed, so I had to start searching for somewhere else. I’d booked months earlier and, after seeing Google list it as temporarily closed, had asked them about it. They confirmed in writing that our reservation was fine.

Inside, the apartment is lovely and recently renovated. It’s small, but there’s enough room for a vacation. The surrounding houses look a bit neglected, though the narrow streets still carry a sense of the past, and the place is close to the center.

We found it clean and peaceful, with a relaxing feel right in the center of Piran. It’s a lovely fit for a romantic stay with some atmosphere.

A handy central base for staying in Piran, and a great place to stay.
