Ortenia apartments in nature

The layout of the rooms uses the space so well, and the view is lovely. Everything was very clean, and we found a microwave, dishes, stovetop, and coffee pot in the room. They also bring coffee with breakfast, which was amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub, though we didn't try the saunas, and everyone we met was great. One thing to know is that this setup is best for couples or people who are very comfortable together: the shower and toilet are behind glass. The toilet glass is shaded, but with the light on inside it's very see-through. The photos show this clearly, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. We wished we could stay longer. It was one of the better stays we've had anywhere, and we'd absolutely recommend it and come back.

The sauna wasn't working at all, and the jacuzzi had so much chlorine it burned the skin and couldn't be used. It's also very pricey. If you're coming mainly for the sauna or jacuzzi, or to swim at Olimia, there are cheaper places that make more sense. Still, the building is a small architectural marble, with great rooms and beds. Huge glass windows frame a fantastic view, and the atmosphere is wonderful: you're surrounded by nature and hear birds all around. Breakfast was nice, and there are free extras like a playroom and bicycles, plus a TV with free open Netflix. It's a great place if you plan to spend time in the rooms or walk and cycle in the surrounding nature.

The sauna access was a lovely bonus, with two kinds available free of charge around the clock. We also enjoyed having a garden for coffee and birdsong, plus parking right outside. The apartment felt modern and comfortable, and everything was spotless and well stocked, even the kitchenette and bathroom extras. The bed and organic cotton linens were especially soft. Breakfast arrived in a basket at the door, based on what we chose from the menu.

It was peaceful and really quiet, and the staff were friendly. Service was good too.
