The hosts made this place special, from sharing helpful information to bringing us generous amounts of food, mostly grown or made on their farm. Even the boys helped their mum serve breakfast, which added to the charm. The property is spacious and sits in a beautiful valley; from our room we could see the mountains. Each morning brought a different lovely scene, misty, sunny and peaceful. We were impressed and I strongly recommend staying here if you want to experience a traditional Slovenian farm.

We caught people paragliding off the mountain during our last delicious breakfast. The views from our room were incredible, and the valley was so picturesque that leaving was hard. Our hosts were warm, fun and caring, and the food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. We had a phenomenal stay at Farm Govc- Vršnik. If you're in Slovenia, this is a must, and try the farm's liquor, Na zdravje!

A beautiful farmhouse with warm, friendly people. It's ideally placed for watching the sun rise over the mountains, and lots of activities are only a short drive away.

The views and peaceful setting were stunning. The family who run the place couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, and greeted us with a complimentary drink when we arrived. Dinner was incredible, with a selection of meat from their farm and vegetables from their garden and greenhouse. Breakfast was just as good, prepared and served with care. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

We stopped for lunch and had an amazing meal. They serve a fixed menu of local food, and were able to provide a vegetarian version too. The scenery is stunning. Would highly recommend :)
