Apartments Vila Piranesi

The location is amazing, with plenty of good places to eat nearby, and the staff were friendly. They offer free coffee, too, though fresh-ground beans would be nicer than Nespresso capsules and create less waste. The room itself was clean, but one curtain guide pin was broken, so the curtain didn’t sit properly and let in early sunlight. There were concerts next door and no earplugs provided. The dishwasher was broken, there was no drying rack, and the kitchen had few utensils, so cooking much isn’t practical. We enjoyed our stay, but the place felt average for its rating and could be improved with these small fixes. They also provide free parking outside Piran and 30 minutes inside the city for unloading.

Marša at the front desk was fantastic and helped us a lot with our travel questions. We also had a clean, spacious room looking out over the main square and the tower. We loved staying here, definitely recommended.

Parking wasn’t great, but I could live with that, and I don’t regret coming to Villa Piranese. What they don’t tell you is that, as the video shows, this happens every day until around midnight. Imagine dealing with it with kids. Is that fun? You decide.

The apartment had a spacious, thoughtfully designed interior, and there was a coffee machine for those lovely morning coffees. We had breakfast at a nearby bar, which is also worth a visit in the evening for its bay view and great music. The view from the apartment window was wonderful, and the place is right in the heart of Piran. The service was super, too. Greetings to the very positive, always-smiling lady at reception. We’ll definitely come back.
