The hosts really made our stay in Zeleni ap. special. They had a traditional surprise waiting on the table when we arrived, and even gave us a nice gift when we left. My wife was especially pleased with how clean the apartment was. It was warm, cosy and quiet, with everything we needed. A wonderful host, and one I’d absolutely recommend.

Srečko and Irena made us feel so welcome, hvala lepa! The apartment was cosy and lovely, and we really enjoyed staying there. It’s in a peaceful, quiet spot that also works really well as a base for seeing other parts of Slovenia.

We came mainly to hike and did three beautiful day trips, starting from Rogla, Podčetrtek and Trije Kralji Ski Resort. You can also walk straight from the apartment, though it was too hot for that while we were there. The countryside setting is a small village, a bit remote, so you’ll need a car. Maribor is an hour away. That quiet, rural location is part of the appeal, with lovely valley views. The apartment was comfortable and very tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We’ll especially remember how warmly the hosts welcomed us. A top-notch place!
