The staff were very nice, and breakfast was delicious. It's a clean, well-kept guesthouse with convenient access to the BB center, BB Mesto railway station, Roosevelt Hospital, and the beach swimming pool. The only downside comes from the building owner rather than the guesthouse: the elevator with automatic doors is very noisy. You can hear it moving and banging as it stops from every room. I can't remember whether the manufacturer was Otis, Thysen Krupp, or another company.

For occasional overnight stays in BB, this is average accommodation. The rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. Parking in front of the hotel can sometimes be difficult, but the receptionist was pleasant and I never had any problems.
