B&B Alibi

We had a parking issue, but the owner sorted it out quickly and to our satisfaction. The staff were professional and helpful in their communication, and parking is available. The room had modern furnishings, especially appreciated the refrigerator. It was clean accommodation right in the city center, with a lovely balcony view over the park and basilica.

The breakfast was great, with several options, and you could tell they cared about the place. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, and the accommodation is right in the center of Bardejov, just a few steps from Town Hall Square with a direct view of the Basilica of St. Egidius. The floor looked like it had been washed in a hurry, my one small complaint, but we could live with that :) We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bardejov.

An unpleasant feeling overall. The parking lot belongs to them and costs 10 euros per day. In the morning, the receptionist waited in the hallway for us to come out, then hurried us out the door and told us to go downstairs so she could charge for parking. We arrived on Sunday and there was nobody at reception. It took half an hour to find out how to get into our room.

The place is clean and fresh, and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated and have small balconies, with less guarded parking just outside. We arrived at noon and were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. It's a great place for a reasonable price in central Bardejov, right beside the historic square and the basilica. There is no AC, so we had to leave the balcony door open, and our room was up four flights of stairs with no elevator. Recommended!
