For a meal with draft beer vŕšek, I'd choose sote pikant. Both that and the pikant pasta had a good level of spice, so I'd recommend either if you like spicy food. The bryndzove halusky were only alright, as the bryndza was watery and nothing special. I wouldn't pick the Slovak dishes like halusky or zbojnicka kapsa here, I'd go for one of the spicy options instead. We tried all the dishes shown in the pictures. I'd rate it 8,5/10 overall and recommend it 🍺👍

The beer and Kofola were the only good things. If you want good food, I'd look elsewhere. The trout I had seemed to have been reheated several times, and the frozen vegetables beside it were overcooked. The potato cake was the worst I've ever had, wet and terrible tasting. Until this visit, I thought nobody in Slovakia could ruin fried cheese, but then came the surprise :-(

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful, but breakfast was rather poor.

After a hike, this is a nice place to stop for food and drinks. Service was excellent, the waitresses were really nice, and everything came very quickly. Vrsky local craft beer is on tap, and the garden is nice. We enjoyed the pirohy, garlic soup with a very intense garlic flavor, and poppy seed dumplings. The halusky were okay, though they needed more bryndza cheese and the dough could have used more potatoes. You can pay by card, but the bathrooms urgently need renovation.
