The fireplace gives the house a special feel, and it stays warm even on the coldest days. The place is atmospheric, clean, comfortable, and convenient, with all the amenities. The staff are friendly.

We stayed in Uncle Vinca's semi-detached house, and it was the best cottage we’ve ever visited. The owners are lovely, and the place is spacious, clean, and made of wood. It’s really well equipped: a dishwasher, huge fridge, garden house for children, outdoor ping pong table, swings, grill, kettle, deckchairs, and even better waste sorting than in Bratislava :) We’d absolutely recommend it, especially for families with small children. We’ll definitely be back! Perfect accommodation, pleasant owners. We stayed at "Chata u strýka Vinca". Plenty of space and lots included, from the large fridge and dishwasher to the gardenhouse for kids, pingpong table, and grill. Just perfect :) Highly recommended for families with kids. Best wooden house we’ve had, and we’ll come back for sure ;)

Marunov is a picturesque, peaceful settlement, and this newly built wooden house is in a lovely spot there. The asphalt road goes right to the building, with free reserved parking too.
