We had a pleasant weekend here as a couple. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with a wooden desk and dresser. The service was friendly, though a little impersonal, perhaps because of the language barrier. We weren't keen on the bland food at "Cloud," but breakfast at "Opus" was great, with a wide choice of all the usual classics.

At DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava, the staff were kind and helpful, and the clean room made the stay comfortable. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, and there weren't enough electric sockets in the room, which was inconvenient. It's some distance from the old town, though still manageable by transport. A decent stay if cleanliness and service matter to you, but some updates would help.

The front desk team really stood out. The women there were quick, helpful and pleasant at check-in, and again close to midnight when I spotted an error on my invoice. Usually that kind of fix takes ages. For the price, it's a good hotel, although it's a bit far from the city center. It may suit people going to the hockey or national stadiums nearby. There are also several facilities inside, including a pool and saunas, and they're in pretty good condition.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast staff were nice. It was very hot inside because it was winter and the thermostat was set to "winter mode"; we couldn't adjust it ourselves. The front desk clerk was really helpful and brought us a fan, which made a big difference.

The hotel was spotless and well maintained, and my room had all the amenities I needed. The staff were professional, friendly and polite. Breakfast had a great selection, the pool was clean with plenty of towels, and I really appreciated the 24-hour gym. It was my birthday while we were staying, and the team brought a small cake for my family to celebrate. Thanks for a wonderful stay! I'll stay here again when I'm back in the city and recommend it to friends and family.
