Please skip this hotel and find a much better option, like Max Inn. The rooms are worn out and dirty, the floor was dusty, and the beds looked like they were from 1990 at least. I found lots of hair left by someone after shaving, as you can see in the picture. I sent the hotel a video by SMS while I was still in the room. They saw it but didn't call or come up, so I had to go downstairs myself. The woman at the desk said I'd already been in the room for an hour before showing them, implying I might have left the hair there myself. When they realized I wasn't going to drop it, they agreed to give me another room, but looked very angry. While we were discussing the new room, I heard them talking. As a Bulgarian, I understood her saying to her colleague, 'Tell him then to move his shitty car from our parking.' They were rude, and the rooms weren't clean. They gave me 2 beers for free after all that, but the beers didn't really help.

It's pretty clean and quiet, but out on the outskirts of Bratislava. Room service should be better.

The rooms feel dated and are in pretty rough shape. The hotel advertises air conditioning, but apparently only two rooms have it, and you have to book those separately.
