Melrose Apartments 2

For something called an apartment, mine had no ventilation at all, even in the bathroom, and there was no air conditioning either. The room was big, but a bit dirty. I found two large dust bunnies and wondered if anyone had vacuumed. The shower was terribly small, hard to bend over in and definitely uncomfortable for someone over 160. The beds were old and as comfortable as planks, and they squeaked so much that shifting position could wake you up. Internet barely worked, if it existed at all. You can connect to mysterious WiFi called 2G or 5G, but it’s slower than your grandma with a walker. The TV was a joke too, with only six channels. It’s okayish overall, but I’d take better internet, or any internet.

Good place for a few days, with everything needed for a longer stay and a great location just minutes from the tram, bus and metro. The internet connection was a little weak, but I’d definitely recommend it.

The restaurant downstairs is amazing and makes this place especially worth considering. We stayed in a clean, comfortable apartment, a spacious two-room unit of about 50 m2 with a kitchenette. There’s also parking and a lift.

The pool closes at 10pm. The staff were polite, and the rooms were clean and large. Great location.
