The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, and the included breakfast was very good. We had a spacious, well-kept room, and the location is hard to beat. I’d definitely stay again.

The rooms are spacious and luxurious, and the staff were amazing and friendly. The bed is on the firm side, so bear that in mind. Be sure to arrange parking through their website, or you might spend a while navigating the town’s one-way streets. I’ll plan to stay here again on a future visit.

We booked on the website and got the best deal, the lowest price for their suite plus free parking. The room was huge, had a balcony, and was so nice that we added a second night even though we’d originally booked just one. The rates were very reasonable. Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were really accommodating. They even have a gym with proper weight machines and free weights. I’m already planning my next Bratislava trip, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

I arrived at the Roset hotel late on October 31 and stayed until November 7. At check-in, I found that the bathroom sink was clogged. I meant to report it in the morning, but around 3:30 a.m. I woke to water pouring through several spots in the bathroom ceiling. The whole floor was flooded. I tried calling the front desk for over an hour and got no answer; apparently nobody was working overnight. For the next two hours, I used towels and bathrobes to keep the water from reaching the bedroom. I got soaked and lost several hours of sleep while jet-lagged. The leak had eased by morning, but the floor was still damp under all the towels. I reported what happened and was moved to another room by early afternoon. That room didn’t have a washing machine, so it felt like a downgrade. I emailed the manager and never got a reply. It’s outrageous that after an incident like that, the manager didn’t apologize or respond at all, let alone offer an upgrade, which I’d expect from a professionally run hotel. That experience and the manager’s unprofessional behavior ruined my visit. The hotel itself is very old, poorly kept, and has infrastructure problems. The free breakfast was underwhelming too, including cheap orange juice made from concentrate. After that first disappointment, I didn’t have breakfast there again.
