The location in Bratislava’s pedestrian and shopping area of Stare Mesto is excellent, with lots of restaurants and nightlife, but expect some noise at night. The staff were polite and friendly, and prices are low. Compared with renting one of the cheapest apartments, it costs less than €30 more per day, but breakfast, cleaning and the comforts of a 4-star place are included. I was here on a medium-length business trip. The apartment was spacious and well furnished, with a kitchen, dining room and bedroom. The furniture was in good condition; the parquet had a little damage but was still fine. There were lots of windows and light in the corner apartment. The bathroom had a shower, a bathtub with hydromassage and a bidet, and the kitchen was well equipped. Residents can use the sauna for free. Margerita opened it and got everything ready for me, but it’s better to ask before going. A few things weren’t great: the safe wasn’t attached to anything, so you could just carry it away. I moved it each day as a joke to see if anyone would say anything. There’s little point in having a safe if a thief can take the whole thing. The bathrobe and bath towels were brought up by the rates, I think they’d just forgotten them, but I’d already found enough of theirs. They cleaned the apartment during my stay but didn’t restock the minibar. Breakfast was okay and served at Mimosa bar.

The hotel is well placed for exploring, the staff are really pleasant, and the two restaurants right next door have great food. The room was lovely and spacious, but our stay was noisy all night from the street and bars. Don’t expect a good sleep. Room 22.

The staff were kind and helpful, and aside from a couple of issues we had a great stay. The room was large, cozy, clean and comfortable, with nice beds. The lighting was poor, though, with no ceiling lights, just reading lamps and one floor lamp. Also, the location is central and convenient but noisy in the evening. The closed window did nothing to block the street sounds below, so the window and lighting both need attention.

We walked to the Christmas markets and the castle from this hotel, which is very close to the old town. There are good restaurants nearby, and a Bolt ride from the train station took an easy four minutes. The staff were all nice, breakfast was good, and the big room was very clean. Really nice hotel.

A smallish hotel right in Bratislava’s old town, handy for the sights and lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast is okay, and the staff are polite and friendly. Front-facing rooms can get some street noise from late-night revellers. I’d recommend it for a short city break.
