FUKAS Apartments-Lermontova

We found the apartment warm, quiet, and comfortable for our one-night stay. It’s a one-room place with a separate kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The room has a big bed, sofa, table with two chairs, and a small LCD TV with cable and wifi internet. We also got two towels and toiletries each. The window view isn’t much to look at, but it can be opened for fresh air. The location is the real advantage: it’s beside the presidential palace garden and about 900 meters from the main train station. The district police department is right next door, so it feels very safe. Parking is difficult, with few free spaces, so I wouldn’t recommend arriving by car. For the price, I think the value is good. The kitchenette had what we needed, including a large fridge with freezer and a microwave, and we could make coffee or tea for free. Other ingredients were our responsibility. There’s also a washing machine, sink, and shower in the bathroom. One downside is having to go to the office at Medena 10, about 1.5 km away, to sign the contract, pay the local tax, and collect the keys. You can’t avoid that trip. At checkout, though, you just leave the keys in the mailbox.

A lovely spot in a great location, definitely worth a visit.

Small and cozy, with a park and palace nearby. There’s also a shop and a bus stop close by.
