Villa Bea

I stayed in a single room at Villa Bea Bratislava over Christmas in December 2025. The fresh renovation, excellent cleanliness, heated floors, and adjustable heating made me very happy. It had everything I needed: a stove, cookware, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and hairdryer. The sound insulation was especially good. The villa is right across from the railway station, which is very convenient, but I heard no noise from the street or neighboring rooms. There's a lovely little garden with a gazebo and parking on site. The location is excellent: across from the station, about 10 minutes from the city center by tram or roughly a 30-minute walk. Check-in was easy, with an access code sent by email, so arriving late at night was no problem. Many thanks to the host for making the stay comfortable and well organized.

My room was at the back of the complex, so I didn't hear the trains. It was nice and fully equipped, very close to the train and tram stations, and communication with the administrator was good.

The room has a kitchen, which was really handy. Even with the train station just outside the windows, it stayed completely quiet when they were closed. I'm the sort of person who'd wake up if a mouse made a sound, but I slept fine here. The air conditioning worked well too, so keeping the windows shut didn't make the room hot. A really great place.

We rented Apartment 7 through Airbnb. The AC was set to 17 with the fan on high, but it didn't cool the room at all. In the hot weather it was extremely uncomfortable. It's an attic room at the very top, so be ready to climb four stories: one at the lobby and another three inside the building.
