Apartmanovy Dom Vila Vista

I was disappointed with Vila Vista / Chalet Vista. The website and confirmation said cancellations more than 30 days before arrival were free, and I canceled well in advance. Even so, they deducted over €50 for unexplained “card” and “government transaction” fees that had never been mentioned. They dismissed my request to show proof of the fees and said they’d return the rest only after two weeks because they were “on holiday.” After I’d paid, they sent a different cancellation policy saying any cancellation would cost 100%, which contradicted what I’d originally seen. The whole process felt misleading and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend booking with this property.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely chalet. Everything was new, clean, and working, and our group of eight, including children, had plenty of space. After a long day skiing, the jacuzzi was a lot of fun. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the ski resort, so it isn’t ski in ski out, but I don’t think you’ll find chalets this beautiful on the slopes. The hosts were amazing, cooperative, and helped with whatever we needed. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

We were completely satisfied with this fantastic, comfortable house. Thank you, dear Chalet Vista! :-) Dr Nyujtó Melinda, Hungary

The location worked really well: the ski bus to Jasná Ski Resort and the nearby aquapark are both a short walk away. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The house is modern and luxurious, with clean rooms, sleek design, and everything needed for a comfortable getaway. A perfect winter escape. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
