Hotel Ski and Fun

Breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of variety, and the staff were helpful with suggestions for ski slopes and local restaurants. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the hotel is well placed for both slopes and hiking trails. People here are welcoming and professional, so it's somewhere I'd want to return to. Highly recommended if you're visiting Jasná.

I only stopped in for coffee, but the ambience and service were amazing.

We were turned away from the spa after taking the bus there, even though we'd called the day before to ask about visiting as a group of 12 non-hotel guests. We were staying in chalets and knew a large group might be harder to accommodate, so we asked if we could come at 5 o'clock the following evening. The woman on the phone said it would be feasible. At reception the next day, they said it wasn't possible. Hotel Pošta itself is nice, but this customer service was unacceptable, and we won't return. Hotel Grand took us in at the last minute and gave us amazing support and service.

The wellness centre was great, and the bar staff were helpful and fun. I also had a good stay thanks to manager Michel, who was very friendly and did what he could to help us. Check-in was helpful, and the hotel is close to the slopes. The rooms were a particular plus for me compared with other places I've stayed in Jasna, and my experience here was better than at some other places.
