The staff were friendly, and the location is handy for the thermal baths. Still, at over 140 euros a night, it felt like poor value. The bathrooms weren't really private since you had to reach them through a shared corridor. The lock on our bathroom door was broken, and even after we told the staff, it wasn't fixed.

Parking was easy, either in front of the hotel or in the large lot attached to it. There's a good restaurant close by, and the shopping center is a 10 minut walk away. This three-star apartman / hotel sits next to the thermalpark. Our room was on the small side but had AC. We never got room service during our 4 night stay, though I saw the staff working. Breakfast was decent, but the breakfast area was tiny for the hotel's capacity. The thermalpark can get very oveecrowded, so be warned.

We wouldn't stay again. On arrival, our room was full of mosquitos, and we got bitten a lot overnight. It was on the ground floor, facing a hedge full of bugs and mosquitos, so sitting outside wasn't possible. There was no mosquito net in the bathroom, and the bed sheets were dirty and smelly. On the second night we were bitten by bed bugs, medically confirmed. The kitchen draws were dirty and the wardrobe was dusty. When I asked reception about compensation, they offered to move us, but I didn't think that was a reasonable answer since none of the bathroom windows had mosquito nets. There was also a really bad smell in the car park, coming from the restaurants behind.

I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed. The hotel was so close to the termal water spa, which I really liked. The service was helpful and friendly at reception, over breakfast, and during the massage.
