The rooms were so cramped, especially Japanese, that I immediately asked to switch because I was starting to feel claustrophobic. The place felt shabby, unattractive and badly kept throughout. For newly in love couples, the toilet and bathroom are particularly awkward: they're made of clear glass as part of the room, and I can't imagine comfortably using the toilet with my new love right there :D :D. The wellness area stinks too. We did meet some kind, helpful staff who tried to sort out our problems, including the small room and internet that wasn't working, but nothing ever came of it. The hotel itself was a complete disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend it. It's a waste of money. The owner should consider changing businesses if they don't understand what guests need. Discount portals won't fix that. Everything has already been said in earlier posts, but I'm repeating it for anyone reading before making the fatal mistake of booking a stay here. Greetings.

The wellness area was unusable for us. The sauna ceiling was coming down, the jacuzzi smelled, the lights were off and the radio didn't work. Someone had brought candles but left no matches, though there were plenty of used ones lying around. Sensitive people should avoid visiting it. The room was a mess too. The carpet was splattered with something I don't want to guess at, it smelled bad, and there were so many broken, damaged or nonworking things that I even took a photo gallery. Even the safe didn't work, and neither did the matches in the wellness area. Nothing seemed properly fixed, right down to loose screws, and the interior felt like a flimsy stage set where you were afraid to lean on a wall. Maybe the hotel is terribly unlucky and has guests who wreck everything, or maybe they simply don't care. Service didn't help. There were two receptionists while we were there; one seemed to be making an effort, but the other was so dismissive that she put an end to any thought of returning. I sat at the cafe by reception for about ten minutes while she tapped at her phone and barely acknowledged me. I finally got up and asked for a drink ticket. There was the same indifference when we ordered and paid. When my wife and I asked how to get to the wellness area, she waved vaguely and went back to her phone. I wonder if she was so unwilling because you don't pay her, but the operator should know she doesn't deserve a salary if she won't do her job. In short, a disaster of epic proportions. The operator should stick to raising pigs and other livestock, though they'd still need to sort out the staff.

What a disappointment. The furniture is worn, the fridge and radio don't work, the terrace is dirty, and there's a strange smell both in the room and in the wellness area. The sauna smells like a dead cat, and the matches are gone. Nothing works, and there's no restaurant.

Some people leave bad reviews about this hotel, but after a week there I can't agree. Everything was super nice, from the beautiful rooms and great food to the professional staff. I can't praise the stay enough and definitely recommend it!
