The people here are so kind, and the hospitality is lovely. I really like this hotel. Honestly, I could stay here for the rest of my life.

The front desk service was great, which made what happened afterward even more disappointing. I had a business meeting, but the manager wouldn't let me check out 30 minutes late. I ended up changing into comfortable travel clothes in a public toilet. That left a bad impression. Greed is never commendable.

There was nothing to eat at breakfast. After 35 minutes of waiting and complaining, they cooked eggs for us, but there were no plates to begin with. Then construction started in the inner garden at 7am, right below the window. The minibar was empty, there was no soap or shampoo, and the room under the roof had no AC. Reception was closed after midnight. Very sad service.

I love the building's history, and it's in an excellent location.

The hotel is in a lovely historic building, and the special atmosphere makes a stay feel special. The staff are excellent, and the owners' personal care made our stay pleasant. The restaurant is one of the best in the region, with a menu designed for fine dining, plenty of classic dishes, and always some nice surprise. They use fresh local and regional ingredients, so the food gives you a taste of the area. It's a lovely setting for a fine meal. If you're hoping to enjoy the Trnava and Hlohovec region, this hotel is a great choice.
