We come back every summer. The Tatra-facing view is fantastic, and the location works really well for hiking to Slieszky dom. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and downstairs there's a new spa. The lobby bar is relaxed, alongside the gym, sauna, and jacuzzi.

The wellness area was gorgeous, and I loved it enough to give the hotel four stars. The food was amazing too. My room was okay, but the floors had a lot of dust, and the kids' playground had a strange, unpleasant smell. Service was fine, and the cooks, waitresses, and reception staff were sweet. The cleaners seemed a bit rude and did a poor job. Would I recommend it? Probably. Would I stay here again? Probably not. I'd have given it three stars if I hadn't liked the wellness so much.

We were here for a team-building event. The food was nice and the staff were friendly. With thirsty soldiers around, the bar really ought to stay open later.

The staff were kind, helpful, and dog-friendly, and breakfast is included for guests. There’s free parking and Wi-Fi, plus a spa and tasty meals. It’s a pleasant place to relax, with lots to see on walks in the countryside. The price seems fair for the accommodation and services, and I’d recommend it for a tourism trip.

The water was cold every time, for all three days I was there. I asked reception to sort it out, but they didn't seem to care. Wouldn't recommend.
