Luxury Apartments Kosice Centre

We stayed in a 3L apartment from February 3 to 6. The location was great, it was very quiet in the cold season, the bed was huge, and generally it had what we needed. The check-in instructions didn't arrive on time. We only got them after texting the host, who had apparently lost track of them. That happens, so fine. But we chose this apartment specifically for the bathtub, and couldn't use it because the boiler only provided about 10 cm of hot water. The host said it was a historical building and suggested another apartment without a bathtub, or boiling water in a kettle. They later deleted that message in WhatsApp. After that, we heard nothing more from the host, not even checkout information. That's unprofessional and not the service I'd expect for €80 a night in Slovakia.

The apartments are unbelievably beautiful, huge, and packed with great amenities, including a kitchen and study room. I've travelled half the world, and this is easily one of the most comfortable places I've stayed. Thank you, Dakujem.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and we had everything we needed. Communication and registration went smoothly, with all the information arriving on time. The location is excellent, right in the city center, and parking available there is a big plus. We were very satisfied with our stay.
