For me, it’s a clean, atmospheric place with privacy where I can relax. The staff are nice and I’ve never had a problem. I’ve seen people complain about others wearing swimsuits, but I’ve never heard of or experienced that myself.

I’ve visited this SPA several times over the years, including recently, and the same issue keeps coming up: staff don’t manage to enforce the no-swimsuit rule, so someone is always breaking it. I won’t be going back for that reason, even though the spa is pleasant and very good in other respects. People using the spa without swimsuits are following the rule, and it’s uncomfortable to be watched by others wearing them. There’s also a hygiene reason swimsuits aren’t allowed. If people want to swim in swimsuits, there should be a separate pool outside the spa area. Letting them into the swimsuit-free area isn’t a good idea.

We hadn’t realized you’re expected to be fully naked, but we still really enjoyed the time there. The Roman-themed decor is lovely, and you can find whatever you’re looking for.

The changing rooms and showers were modern, clean, and nice. The pool itself was fine too, with clean water and lanes that were good for swimming, but it didn’t feel special or very modern. I think a small renovation would help.
