The hosts were pleasant, and getting around was easy. My car could stay in the driveway right below my window. It was heavenly quiet and spotless clean.

The main drawback is the location. Everything is far away, so you'll need a car. The rooms are spacious and clean, but without air conditioning the attic gets very hot in summer. The fan doesn't fix it at night, since I can't sleep with it running. Breakfast is limited and pretty expensive, and you can only pay in cash, not by card.

The host was very kind and helpful, and parking was no problem. We had the place to ourselves, so sharing a bathroom and toilet wasn't an issue, though it could be inconvenient when both apartments are occupied. There are two apartments with a shared kitchen and bathroom, and the hosts live downstairs. Set among family houses, it's affordable accommodation, and I assume guests drive to most activities. Breakfast is available, simple but with everything you need, and the coffee maker in the kitchen was a nice extra. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, and there was Wi-Fi and a decent TV. Nothing was missing, and we'd be happy to come back.
