On 24.4.2026, I found the rooms spacious and nicely designed, and the hotel was quietly located. The welcome from the staff was marvellous, and they spoke fluent English. The restaurant food was tasty, and we got two hours of free pool and wellness use. The drawback was very poor sound insulation toward the corridors, with stairway doors slamming and disturbing us again and again.

The wellness centre is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and the restaurant shuts at 6pm. We had to find dinner nearby in bad weather. Otherwise, the staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms were warm and clean, and breakfast was tasty with options for different dietary needs. I liked how the hotel brings together modern touches and older Slovak culture, including the artist Teodor Jozef Mousson.

The staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. There were also great choices in the restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

4/10
The nearby dog kept making noise through the night and disturbed my sleep. It wasn't entirely the hotel's fault, but the poor soundproofing made it a real problem. The wellness area only opens at 4 PM, and free use is limited to two hours. When I visited, the restaurant was closed and sandwiches were the only food available. The hotel is reasonably decent, with nothing especially bad or memorable, but I found it pricey for what it offers. The stay felt average, with room for improvement in comfort and communication about amenities.

The restaurant serves a good range of local dishes, prepared well and at affordable prices, and breakfast was varied and satisfying, on a five-star hotel standard. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, with a safe and refrigerator. Parking was available, and the reception, services, and facilities were all clean. Highly recommend.
