The beds are comfortable, and both the location and parking are convenient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, at reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Just be aware that check-out is fairly early, at 10 a.m.

Breakfast was very good, and the service was perfect 24h. In my room there was only a tub, no shower, and I couldn’t make it dark in the morning.

I liked the place, and breakfast was really good!

The parking was inconvenient, about 100 meters from the hotel, so carrying luggage and opening the gate took extra effort. The equipment and facilities also felt behind modern standards. The decor had an outdated '90s style, and the hotel hadn’t been modernized. Breakfast choices were limited, with no buffet. All of that made for a disappointing stay.

The food is par excellence, and the service is perfect. I’ve never had a Crepe Suzette like their Hungarian version, with fresh fruit flambeed and whipped cream. The restaurant is spotless and cozy, with very comfortable seating. It’s the best dining in Nove Zamky, and I’ll go every time I visit my family.
