We stayed one night because we had a party nearby. The next morning, when we got home, we noticed bed bug bites on my husband's and daughter's feet, hands, and stomach. I don't recommend this hotel to any tourists. They have bed bugs and don't clean the rooms. The male staff member in the lobby was also very rude to us when we checked out. We came from Sweden, and I felt he treated us badly because we have darker skin and aren't Slovak. My husband accidentally picked up his jacket from the sofa, mistaking it for ours while he was on his way out. The staff member acted as though we were stealing it. I clearly explained what happened, but he stayed rude and aggressive toward me and my two-year-old daughter. I had to explain that customers should be treated properly, whatever their nationality or skin color.

The central location was handy, the welcome was warm, and the family room was good. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a good selection. We were very happy with our choice and especially loved the minigolf.

Everything was good. Just remember checkout is early, before 10am. Most hotels usually let you stay until 12.

The room was clean, and the ladies were all very nice. Breakfast was affordable at 7.5 euro. They also have mini golf and pingpong.

For the price, this place is fantastic. The bed was comfortable, and the indoor golf course was a great extra. We expected a small 9 hole course, but it turned out to be a detailed 18 hole one with water features and sand bunkers. The only snag was that staff weren't there the whole time, which made checking in and out a little tricky.
