Hotel Relax

The wellness area has a sauna and jacuzzi that you can use privately, which I appreciated. Sharing a sauna with someone wearing a swimsuit really isn't for me. You can also arrange a massage, and the hotel staff are happy to explain the options. It's a small hotel in a quiet part of Rajecké Teplice, with friendly staff who try to help. The breakfast was tasty, though I wish there'd been more coffee choices than watered Nesca. The room and hotel were clean. The fitness room is on the small side, but you can still get a workout in if you want. A good choice if you're after some rest and walks around the area.

I would've liked a kettle in the room and more TV channels, but I was otherwise very happy with the stay. The room and the whole hotel were clean, and it was peaceful and private. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We'll definitely come back 👍😊

The staff brought down my impression of the hotel. They weren't pleasant or welcoming, and didn't even try to smile. It felt as if our arrival was annoying them. Even so, I'd rate the hotel positively overall and would stay again if needed. They guarantee a free room even during the ball season in RT, and next time we'll smile twice as much at the staff. (For them, too.) The rooms are very nice for the hotel's classification, and the place was tidy and quite pleasant. It's rather on the outskirts, which feels inconvenient since there isn't a restaurant of its own. Breakfast was standard: cheese, salami, ham, vegetables, eggs, some store-bought sweets, a few apples, and yogurts. There wasn't really anything to complain about, but I was surprised because the website calls breakfast luxurious. There was no chef or anything being cooked, apparently because occupancy was low and they didn't want to heat the pans or wake the chef.

The receptionist was a great guy, interested in how I was doing and very pleasant. That's why I give it 5 stars. The area was quiet, parking was easy, and there's plenty to see nearby. The wellness area has a sauna and jacuzzi. My room was nice, with two balconies and a separate area. The internet was pretty poor, though it managed 7.3 Mbit download and 2.3 Mbit upload. The gym is usable, but there are too many exercise bikes. I'd have preferred more dumbbells, a squat rack, and a bench for bench press, though maybe those were left out for safety. There's a multifunctional machine for peck deck, back pulleys, and similar exercises. Breakfast was good. I would've liked coffee from the machine, but for some reason they don't serve it, and I can't have it. I also really missed having nets on the windows. They should definitely be fitted, at least on two windows.
