The place looks lovely, with attractive surroundings and rooms styled like a hunting lodge. The staff, though, seemed miserable. On departure day they told us we had to be out by 7:00, even though the information we were given at the accommodation said 11:00. As I was taking a shower before leaving at 10:15, the hot water stopped. My experience at My Castle: the style gets top marks, professionalism very little. Best to try it for yourself.
