The room and facilities were nice. The downside was how thin the walls were, I could hear the neighbors.

I couldn't make it because of family reasons, but they refused to refund any of my money. They said the terms and conditions weren't accepted. After the phone call, the owner came across as arrogant.

The only thing going for this place is being right by the swimming pool. That also meant noise and music coming from every direction at night, and we could hear everything through the walls. We tried contacting the owner about the noise and the power being out, but got no reply. They only came to restore the electricity in the morning as we were leaving. Nobody came to take over the room, either. We’d have been better off sleeping in the car. First and last time here. Thanks for a disgusting experience. We’ll be more careful around people like this in future. The air conditioner was old and smelled so bad that we had to sleep with the window open. The electricity kept cutting out, so we couldn’t use the fridge, let alone watch TV in the evening. In the bathroom, the drain barely worked and there was dirt around the tub. The toilet brush had someone else’s remains on it. I wouldn’t let a child shower there for fear they’d catch something. At first the bathroom looked clean enough, but that didn’t last. The manager was nice when we arrived, then disappeared and didn’t answer when we called. The price didn’t match the quality, and I wouldn’t recommend it for children under 15.

We stayed four nights and really liked it. The room was clean and tidy, with a fridge and air conditioning, and our offer included access to the swimming pool. The owner was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We’ll definitely come back. 👍🙋
