The room got pretty hot, though opening the windows helped a little. I stayed one night while traveling, and despite the main street right outside, there was almost no noise. It's in a residential neighborhood with few people walking by. My room looked modern, with a TV and modern furniture. The bathroom had a large shower and little bags of soap, and there were two towels on each bed. The beds are quite hard, maybe only 4 cm of foam, but I found mine comfortable. There's also a public kitchen with a fridge. Great place, I'd stay again.

The only snag was noise from rooms opening onto the shared dining area, though it stayed quiet throughout our five nights. Some more furniture could help cut down the echoes. For the price, the rooms are new and really comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, great shower, and well-equipped guest kitchen.
