The large kitchen for guests is well equipped, the room was bigger than I expected, and everything was spotless. The bathroom is shared off the hallway, but it was private to use and had both a bathtub and shower. There's private parking on the property, and a very friendly, clever dog. The owner was helpful and welcoming. Though it's a little away from the main routes, it's a quiet base for trips to the Tatra Mountains. I highly recommend it.

Dear Host, We're outraged that after we complained, the booking site falsely claimed smoking had made our room cold. None of us smoke, and that's simply untrue. We reported the cold room several times, but got no reply and nothing was done. We were also shocked to find you'd entered our room without permission. That's unacceptable. There was no dishwashing liquid, a basic comfort item, and nobody spoke English, so we couldn't raise the issue in person. We expected some compensation for the trouble, but none was offered. These problems greatly lowered the quality of our stay, which isn't acceptable for accommodation of this standard. We hope this won't happen again and await your suggestions for appropriate compensation. Best regards, Fanni
