I spent two weeks here and it was definitely worth the price. The location, room and service were all pretty much perfect, and it’s one of the best apartment hotels I’ve stayed in. The beds could be more comfortable, and after hikes it would be handy to have a washing machine or laundry service. Washing dirty clothes in the bathroom sink isn’t great.

The Irish coffee is out of this world, so do try one. I also enjoyed the ribs, and the traditional dishes were prepared and served very well.

We had an amazing week and will definitely come back to this beautiful place. The apartments were very clean, the location was perfect, and everyone was friendly, especially the lady who gave us the key and Pali in the restaurant. It’s great for families with small children too. A cot and baby chair are provided free of charge.

This is my third stay, and I love it. The spa is booked per room, so the two saunas and jacuzzi are all yours, with nobody else there. The location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious, cozy and comfortable, with an amazing view. They’re fully equipped with kitchen appliances, a TV and a set-top-box.

Right on the main square in Stary Smokovec, the oldest High Tatras village, this is an amazing place to stay in the heart of the high Tatras. The building has a history as an old bath for royalty, and wellness facilities are still available. There’s also the best restaurant, STARÝ ŠMAKOVEC, with charcoal steaks and ribs from the oven, Pilsner Urquell beer on tap from the tank, and the ZLATA BRANA cafeteria in the building.
