V+K Apartments was a lovely place to stay, and the apartment was clean and nicely furnished. I didn’t get much use out of the kitchenette, though I would have if I’d stayed longer. The hosts were doing renovations outside when we arrived, which suggests they’re still investing in the property. They don’t speak English, but I managed to communicate in Polish, and they pointed us to a great nearby restaurant. The two drawbacks were patchy Wi-Fi and a shower enclosure that leaked, leaving the floor wet when I stepped out. I’d definitely stay at V+K again if I’m back in the area for hiking or skiing.

For the price, it was well worth it. The rooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped, and the living room was exceptional, with a billiards table. Both showers, though, were clogged.

We stayed for two nights. At 09:37, with checkout officially at 10:00, the owner came in shouting that we had to leave within ten minutes. It was 09:52 when I wrote this. Pathetic, with no hospitality at all. Nobody should come here. A disgrace!
