We spent lovely evenings outside beneath the trees, and the setting felt so peaceful. Chalupa pod lipami is tucked into nature with beautiful views, while shops, trails, and other sights are still nearby. Inside, the cottage was spotless and had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor seating. Its traditional Slovak style works nicely with the modern comforts, and the hosts were warm, thoughtful, and quick to respond. It was a comfortable, charming stay, and we’re already hoping to return with family or friends.

Katka and Richard made us feel at home from the start. The garden is roomy and a lovely spot for a quiet morning coffee, with green hills in view during summer. The couple running the place really deserves an award for their hospitality. Thank you, Katka and Richard!

Risho and Katka were wonderful hosts, and we had a great time here with friends. The house has plenty of space and is well equipped. We spent time playing table tennis and darts in the games room. Highly recommended 🙏

For this price, it was the best accommodation we found. The owner was kind and helpful, and there’s free parking in the garden. A bus stop, petrol station, shop, and fresh goat milk machine are right beside the house, and Terchová is very close. The drawback is the main road: with the windows open, it gets quite loud. Still, 10/10 overall.
