Penzión Harmona

We were very happy with our one-night stay. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and breakfast was generous and nicely presented. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, though the TV had only a few channels. It’s close to the spa.

After driving 400 km from home and spending a long day on the road, we arrived to find there wasn't enough room for everyone, including the children. We'd booked for 11 guests a month ahead, and I called to check that the reservation had gone through. The confirmation they took out of the booking system was correct and matched what I'd ordered, but one of the rooms had been given to somebody else. They couldn't offer us replacement accommodation, so we had to fit into the rooms left. In the evening, it was almost impossible to find somewhere else nearby. The receptionist seemed shocked that all 11 of us had arrived, despite the booking confirmation; apparently another woman had written it down incorrectly. There was no dependable way of handling the problem. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We only stayed one night, but the room was pleasant and cozy, with everything we needed. I can rate it very positively, although we didn't get to try breakfast or the other services.

We had a wonderful, restful stay. The place was clean and pleasant, the breakfast was great, and the staff were amazing. I'd highly recommend it.
