The room was clean and the location was quite good, with helpful staff and a checkout time that was totally flexible. In my case, there were no restrictions even when I left at 1 AM. It was a little expensive, and there was a strange smell in the halls, though not in the room.

I'm not sure why they had just one server trying to handle lunch orders for 40 people.

Good, cheap service, though the place could be cleaner.
