The breakfast and dinner are plentiful, tasty, and varied. Pension Silan is comfortable and cozy, with a homely feel and friendly hosts.

We stayed four nights with our 2.5 year old son, and the hostess was very accommodating about dinner serving times. She cooked us huge portions of honest homemade food, and we ate really well. Breakfast had such a wide choice that everyone could find something, including homemade spreads, fruit, pastries, vegetables, pancakes, and fritters. There’s a mini grocery store, gas station, supermarket, and places for sledding and skiing nearby. We’ll definitely come back :)

The room was large, with a beautiful view, and had a modern TV and good heat. Breakfast was very tasty and nicely homemade, especially the pancakes and brindza spread. The only downside was the lower quality mattress. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The view from the room with a balcony is fantastic, and the ski bus stops right outside the guesthouse. The rooms are warm and clean, with rustic decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and varied for a place of this size. The bathroom is small.

The lady was very helpful and let us check in early since we arrived by night train. The rooms were cozy and clean.
