The menu has plenty of variety, and the food was first class, though the portions were too big for me as a senior. It might be worth adding a ''Lite Bites'' option alongside the excellent menu. Breakfast is self-serve, while lunch and dinner are served by staff. I also found the hygiene, management, and staff first class, with courteous, efficient service and attention to detail. I stayed at the Brookfields Hotel for 14 weeks earlier this year, after an earlier visit in late 2024, and plan to return very soon. Nick Warrell

The food was excellent, with generous portions and plenty of breakfast choices. The Barracuda was fabulous. My room was large, comfortable, and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There’s a pool, gym, and laundry service, which is handy if you have a standard room instead of an apartment with a washing machine. I spent three weeks at this quality hotel, set up the hill in a secure compound. It was quieter and less polluted than further down, but still close enough to the action. I’ll be back.

The rooms are okay, nothing special, and the restaurant food is overpriced for average quality. Reception staff always seem grumpy, as if they’re giving out rooms for free. They need proper customer service training.
