I feel safe bringing my infant daughter to the Swiss, and the location is convenient without too much traffic. I love the apartment-style setup, though I've stayed in the hotel as well and enjoyed both. The service and attention they've given my family and me over the years mean a lot. Staying here feels like coming home.

The Swiss Hotel was relaxing and beautiful, and they had events on several occasions that made the place feel lively. I stayed over Christmas and into the New Year for a wedding, and Host Randa and the staff were amazing. Whatever I needed, they looked after me. I got food poisoning from something outside the hotel and was sick for 24 hours, but the staff went out of their way to help me get the right meds. I tried to find something bad to say, but honestly couldn't. I'll definitely be back next year. Thanks to everyone, you were great! From Dan 🇬🇧

If I’m in Freetown again, I’ll visit. The kitchen staff deserve praise for the mouthwatering food, and the people looking after guests were wonderful, always doing their best with a smile. Mr Amiya, Ms Priscilla, and Mr Fudia were especially courteous, attentive, and helpful.

The restaurant team looked after us well, and the reception staff were courteous and helpful throughout. Ms. Fudia was especially outstanding. Mr. Aniya Bhattacharya was kind and full of useful information, sharing helpful travel insights whenever we needed them. The Swiss Hotel's warm, professional hospitality makes it easy to recommend.

We keep coming back to the Swiss Hotel for the central location and excellent service. The team always does its best to make the stay pleasant and help however they can. Being so central does mean some street noise, though.
