We booked a superior room but were given the top suite instead. It was perfect, spacious and clean, with a lovely view and a big terrace. The bathroom was nice and had all the amenities. The rooms were great, breakfast was good, staff were nice, and parking was free. Five stars from us!

Free parking right in front of the hotel, great service and excellent coffee. Breakfast was great too. Our room was spacious, with a balcony and a lovely view of San Marino.

The only downside was the thin walls. Otherwise, I found it great value: the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, breakfast was great and parking was free.

The name Welcome fits: we felt looked after and welcome throughout our stay. Our spacious top-floor suite had a fantastic balcony view of San Marino, with Monte Titano rising above it. The hotel is beside the road to the capital and Rimini, and there's plenty of free parking. Breakfast was excellent too. It worked well for both a business trip and a holiday.

For under 150 a night, this was the best hotel we've stayed at in Italy. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the 6th floor, with an amazing view. The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's about a 25-minute drive from the historic City Centre.
