A simple, cute place with a friendly owner. I got in very late, around 2am, and he met me there to let me in. He speaks English, which is handy if you don't know French. There's a cute rooftop where you can relax, and it's close to the monument. The area is also comfortable to walk around.

The rooftop at Fadidi House is such a peaceful spot, and Boukar’s artwork all around the place is stunning. We stayed six nights and had a wonderful time with Boukar and Fatou, who were brilliant hosts. We were lucky to be there for a private music night with Boukar and his band. We left with lifelong memories of such lovely people. Tony and Amanda ❤️❤️

That rooftop terrace is a real highlight, with plants, comfy places to sit and amazing views. It was a lovely place to unwind. Breakfast came at the agreed time and was made with fresh local produce, which felt personal. The staff were so friendly from the start, and the hosts brought such positive energy that I felt completely welcome. Fadidi House has a warm, artistic feel, and staying there also means supporting a hardworking young family. Highly recommended!

The whole place is wonderfully colorful, and it was lovely to spend time in this artist’s home. We had Senegalese tea on the roof each afternoon and could watch band practice. The beach is within walking distance, and Host Big sorted out everything we needed, including setting us up with local cooking lessons.
