The location makes life easy: right in central Dakar, with a FOREX center, grocery store, fruit market, and cloth market just steps away. Breakfast is included, though it’s basic, with bread varieties, cornflakes, an omelette, and some fruit that’s sometimes not even cut properly. Rooms have a small fridge, water kettle, study table, soap, and body wash. A few have balconies, so ask to switch rooms if you want one, whether for early exercise or because you’re a smoker. There’s no toothbrush kit or slippers, and the Wi-Fi is quite unstable. Reception and staff are friendly and helpful, but at $100+ a night, the service and amenities don’t justify the cost. It’s a decent stay in an excellent location, just not good value for money.

The rooms and bathrooms could use some adjustments, but I had nothing to complain about during my stay. The location right in the center of Dakar was great, and the service was excellent. It was a wonderful stay, and I thank everyone at the hotel for it. Go Hotel Nina!!!

The streets outside look messy, but I felt safe walking around, even at night. Staff were friendly and the service was great. Breakfast, though, was very basic.

The location is good, but the streets are crowded and loud. Inside, the old rooms haven’t been renewed, the breakfast is poor, and the AC is louder than a helicopter. There were bugs having a fiesta in the bathroom. I really don’t recommend it. For the same price, you’d be better off looking at other hotels in the area.

The accommodation is very neat, with large rooms and bathrooms. There’s hot water around the clock, the air conditioning works perfectly, and bedding and toiletries are changed daily. Service was excellent. Breakfast is a full buffet and free, even with a discounted room price. It’s in the city center, near several banks, shops, the market, the beach, and the National Assembly. As a Nigerian, I’d naturally expect a hotel at this cost to have a swimming pool, but central Dakar is expensive.
