Wi-Fi was the one real letdown. It kept cutting out in the rooms, even though there was clearly enough bandwidth, with 85 Mbps in the lobby. I bought a 3GB Orange 4G pass for €4.50 for 2 weeks to get around that. Otherwise, this residence is quiet despite its very good location, and I plan to return next month. The rooms have everything: air conditioning, a kitchenette with a hob, microwave, kettle, and fridge, plus a modern, practical bathroom. I missed the utensils at first because most were in the cupboard above the range hood. The new bedding is a little firm, as is often the case in Senegal. There's also a big wardrobe, a work desk, and a sofa facing the TV. Staff clean carefully every two days and are always helpful and efficient. The place is secure, with a guard on duty 24/7, and Ms. Hélène manages it well and is always available when you need something. I highly recommend it.

The service was very friendly, and the location is great. The apartments have new air conditioning and what you need to eat in them. I'd suggest adding a few more kitchen utensils, but otherwise, highly recommended.

The location is great and the price feels fair, but the rooms are damp. I found small ants on the walls and bed, and the bathroom and toilet supplies aren't working properly.
