Terrou-Bi Resort

We spent most of the stay unwinding by the pool and on the private beach, relaxing on the Bali beds. The setting was peaceful, quiet, and very well kept. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the whole team was warm and attentive. Our heartfelt thanks especially to Hawa, the Deputy Director of Sales. She listened carefully, was patient, and made sure our needs and all the arrangements were taken care of. Her professionalism helped make the stay so good. Every interaction at Terrou-Bi felt like five-star service, and we'd wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The team is what we'll remember most. Everyone was caring, attentive, and friendly, and looked after all our needs. We wished we could give them ten stars. The resort itself has a beautiful beach and pool, palm trees, and a relaxing but sophisticated feel. Breakfast was wonderful. We only wish there had been more vegetarian choices at lunch and dinner. We had a terrific stay at Terrou Bi and will miss the staff.

I was there for a five-day meeting in May. The hotel looks lovely, right by the water, but for a five-star place at that price, the service fell short. One afternoon I unexpectedly came back to my room and found two janitors giggling by the vanity. I got the impression they had been going through my things. They looked startled, made jumpy movements, then hurried out. Two colleagues in our group said they'd had similar problems. The worst issue was the airport shuttle. I paid $100 for what was meant to be a simple one-hour ride, but the hotel mixed up my shuttle. At 5:30 a.m. the front desk couldn't locate the driver or offer a solution, and I nearly missed my flight. I called a Yango myself and waited more than 30 minutes. Staff weren't helpful or willing to take proper responsibility, and I had no CFA to pay the driver. I had to negotiate, leave angrily, and try to find the Yango on my own. There was no sense of urgency. I'm still waiting for my refund and will update this as things progress.

Everything was taken care of, from the service to the amenities, and I loved the whole stay. The staff were incredible and the resort had everything I could want. I never even felt like going outside. A full 10/10 for me.
