We were there for two nights for a conference, and the food was excellent. Fresh ingredients, nicely cooked, and delicious desserts. The staff were friendly and accommodating too. The rooms are spacious, though they feel dated and could use renovation. Quite a few little things need fixing before everything is up to standard. Still, the grounds and layout are beautiful. I loved the red-brick buildings, palm trees, pool view, and cosy décor. It felt peaceful as soon as we arrived, and I appreciated being away from the city's hustle and bustle. The hotel has a lot of potential, though it still feels like a work in progress.

Before flying out of Dakar, we often drive up and stay nearby. This time we found this cute little hotel and were glad we did. The grounds and rooms are beautiful, and dinner out on the dining room patio was great.

The beds were comfortable and the shower was good, but there was just one towel for the two of us, and the Wi-Fi in room 10 didn't work. Breakfast was very good, though the service was extraordinarily slow. We didn't try the pool. The hotel looks nice, but it's out in the middle of nowhere outside town. You really can't go out without transport, especially at night.

We could've asked for nothing more: lovely rooms, a great setting, delicious dinners with an insane choice of appetizers, and crêpes at breakfast. The service was super professional too. It's a bit far from the sea, though the neighborhood is desirable, and I'm not sure being in central Saly would actually be a plus.

After a few gruelling days on the road, this comfortable hotel was just what we needed. The cocktails at the bar were top quality too.
